“We went to Carmelas on Tuesday night. Several friends had said their food was very good and it did not disappoint! We started with the complementary focaccia bread and herb infused olive oil, but we made sure not to fill up because the menu offerings sounded great. We were sharing a dish and couldn’t decide, so we settled on the Italian Trio, consisting of cheese ravioli, lasagna, and chicken Parmesan. There was plenty of food for both of us and each dish was excellent. The marinara sauce was superb and plentiful. ”
